Shape my hands Into the heart you don’t have Upon my own chest Not saying the words welling up within me Suppress Repress My face makes the mask of sadness Not really a mask at all As I dance my way around you I pull my fingers taut on my cheeks Drooping my face My fingers making imaginary tears Which are building up underneath the paint This act is tainted Throw myself to the floor Upon my knees first Then my hands claw the ground I do not make a sound Hands scratching desperately Hopelessly At my left breast And then I fall Forevermore Into my last breath
